Not only do I make everything you see here, I also pack it all myself. I pack everything in soft padding, plus a gift box for stylish keeping/giving. It goes into a padded mailer or cardboard box, and then out to you!

I usually ship USPS Priority Mail and include a delivery confirmation tracking number with each package. Transit time for your package is usually 2-5 business days.

Packages shipped internationally usually arrive in ten days, and rarely take up to 1 month. The most common delay in delivery is due to a package being stuck in customs. International orders include a customs number, which only offers tracking out of the USA, but not after it reaches your country. We ship via USPS International and are unable to offer insurance.

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the retail value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.

Tracking is available for USA orders only.

I want your new jewelry to be love at first sight! If you're not feeling it, contact me within 3 days of delivery for an RMA and further instructions for a full refund minus the original cost shipping. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

All porcelain studs are affixed to the 18k gold-filled earring backs with an epoxy. While uncommon, time, temperature, or body chemistry may loosen the bonds of the adhesive. If you need a pair to be re-glued, I am here for you.
