Instagram Melted Porcelain Giveaway

ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to enter, you must be: (1) a U.S. resident.

GIVEAWAY DATES AND TIMES: This is a 7-day Giveaway beginning Tuesday, February 18th 2020 and ending Tuesday, February 25th 2020 at 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time (the “Entry Period”). You must complete each of the entry requirements during the Entry Period in order to be eligible to win. 

HOW TO ENTER: To enter using Instagram, you must do the following: (1) follow @meltedporcelain on Instagram, or be a current follower of @meltedporcelain on Instagram, (2) “like” Melted Porcelain’s post announcing the Giveaway, and (3) tag one friend with their Instagram handle (for example, @friend) in a comment to Melted Porcelain’s post announcing the Giveaway.

PRIZE: One (1) prize will be awarded. The prize includes two Melted Porcelain Triangle Necklaces chosen by Melted Porcelain (the “Prize”). Melted Porcelain will also arrange for shipping of the Prize to the winner to the USA. Melted Porcelain is not responsible if the Prize is lost, stolen, destroyed in transit.

SELECTION, NOTIFICATION, AND RESPONSE REQUIREMENTS: On the Wednesday following the Entry Period, Melted Porcelain will select one (1) winner from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period by random drawing. Winner will be notified via Instagram DM on the Wednesday following the Entry Period. If the Prize winner does not claim the Prize within five (5) calendar days of being notified, it will be re-awarded, at Melted Porcelain’s sole discretion.

PRIVACY: Melted Porcelain will not sell, share or otherwise disclose personal information provided in connection with this Giveaway. By participating in the Giveaway, the entrant grants Melted Porcelain permission to use their image in promotional materials if recipient of prize.
